Before we submit CW134, we raised several question about LLD because it’s our first time certifying LLD in CableLabs. Hayley and Mark gave us clear guidance and clarify all of our questions.
During CW134 certification, we encountered some failure. Hayley, Mark, Matthew, and Robin all provided very good support on issue description, clarification, verification, and guidance. In the end, we clarified all failures and got certification successfully without impacting our customer’s launch schedule. It’s really incredible support that we’ve ever got.
